PUBLIC NOTICE

Distribution and Collection of National Turks and Caicos and Islander Status Cards

The Ministry of Border Control and Labour wishes to advise the general public of the following schedule for collection of the National Turks and Caicos Islander Status Card.

Schedule

Providenciales Town Centre Mall Butterfield Square Friday, October 5 to Thursday, October 25 Monday to Friday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Grand Turk Ministry of Border Control and Labour Tuesday, October 9 to Thursday, October 25 Mondays to Friday – 9:a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
South Caicos, North Caicos, Middle Caicos District Commissioner's Office Bottle Creek, Middle Caicos and South Caicos
Community Centre in Kew
Thursday, October 11 to Thursday October 25

Mondays to Friday – 9:a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Salt Cay District Commissioner's Office Monday, October 15 to Friday October 19 Mondays to Friday – 9:a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Editor’s Notes:

  1. The Ministry of Border Control and Labour conducted a   nationwide registration and verification exercise of for all Belongers during the period April 16 to June 29, 2012, in preparation for the upcoming general elections.
  2. The card is being issued under the provisions of the Turks and Caicos Islands Immigration (Amendment) Ordinance 2012  which came into operation on August 13, 2012.  
  3. Seven thousand three seventy seven (7377) applications were received.
